The Secret Sax Party (operated by The Showtime Group Ltd)
1. General
By purchasing a ticket or attending The Secret Sax Party, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all ticket holders and attendees.
2. Admission
- Your ticket is a revocable licence to attend the event
- Entry may be refused or revoked at our discretion
- Tickets must be valid and presented on entry (digital or printed)
- Late arrival may result in delayed admission or refusal of entry
3. Age Policy
- Events may be 18+ unless otherwise stated
- Valid ID may be required
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if age cannot be verified
4. Behaviour & Conduct
To ensure everyone has a great night:
- Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, performers and other guests

We reserve the right to remove anyone who is:
- Intoxicated
- Disruptive
- Aggressive or abusive
No refund will be given in these circumstances.
5. Alcohol & Substances
- No external alcohol may be brought into the venue
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
- Anyone under the influence may be refused entry or removed
6. Security
For safety reasons:
- Bag checks may be carried out on entry
- Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and anything deemed unsafe
- Anyone refusing a search may be denied entry
7. Tickets
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without permission
- We reserve the right to cancel tickets that breach these terms
8. Event Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Change performers, running order or timings
- Make reasonable changes to the event format
These do not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Cancellation
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, this will be handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Photography & Filming
Events may be photographed or filmed.
By attending, you agree that:
- You may appear in promotional content
- Images and footage may be used for marketing, social media and advertising
- All rights remain with The Showtime Group Ltd
If you have concerns, speak to a member of staff on the night.
11. Personal Property
- All personal belongings are brought at your own risk
- We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained at the event
- Attendance is at your own risk
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13. Third-Party Venues
Events take place in third-party venues.
- Venue-specific rules and licensing conditions also apply
- You agree to comply with venue staff instructions at all times
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather
- Transport disruption
- Government restrictions
- Venue closure
15. Data & Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
