Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Secret Sax Party (operated by The Showtime Group Ltd)
1. Agreement
By confirming your purchase, you accept that these terms and conditions form the basis of the contract between you and The Showtime Group Ltd.
2. Pricing
- All ticket prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices may be subject to a booking fee
- Prices are subject to change at any time before purchase
- Once purchased, your ticket price will not change
3. Changes or Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel or significantly change an event (including date or time), we will:
- Offer you the option to transfer your ticket to a new date, or
- Provide a full refund
This applies where the change is made by us.
4. Customer Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as standard.
If you are unable to attend:
- There is no automatic right to cancel, refund, or exchange your ticket
- However, you may contact us to request a transfer to another date
If we agree to a transfer:
- An administration fee of £5 per ticket will apply
- Transfers are subject to availability
- Requests must be made in advance of the event by email to boxoffice@theshowtimegroup.com
5. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend the event will be treated as a no-show and no refund or transfer will be offered.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to offer refunds or transfers in exceptional circumstances, but we are under no obligation to do so.
